Rental conditions :
-Mandatory credit check and references to landlord's satisfaction;
-AIRBNB: Airbnb-type rentals and/or subleases and related services are strictly prohibited.
-Civile Insurance: The tenant shall maintain liability insurance of $2,000,000 and shall provide a copy of the insurance policy to landlord prior to taking possession.
-CANNABIS: The tenant must refrain from consuming cannabis or any product similar to cannabis inside the real estate property that is the subject of the promise to lease and the related lease, inside the common areas where the said real estate property is located and outside, in particular on the balcony.
